The team is making steady progress on the “To Bee or Not to Bee” pollinator garden project. In January we worked with all four classrooms, introducing the use of a PB tool, “QFT” (Question Formulation Technique), helping students form critical questions that will direct their investigations.

The students are currently identifying which pollinators they want to attract, what plants will attract them and what garden conditions are needed for those plants to thrive. From this information, the students will then design the pollinator garden. They have done site observations and are beginning to map out the land.

We plan to install the garden this spring.
